Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bitz.dev and the related services and applications operated by BitzDev, including the BitzMCPs gateway and the GasFinder application (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services

BitzDev provides a personal, self-hosted set of developer and automation tools. The Services are private and intended for the owner and invited, authorized users only. Access may be granted, limited, or revoked at any time.

Accounts and access

Authentication is performed through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google Account you use to sign in and for all activity that occurs under your access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) access or attempt to access any part of the Services you are not authorized to use; (b) interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Services; (c) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without permission; or (d) use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Services, including their content, software, and the BitzDev name and logo, are owned by the operator and protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated here.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This is a personal project; the Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitzDev and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
